YM01- HBA1C Portable glycosylated hemoglobin meter
Introduction
Use the principle that biological macromolecules can reversibly combine with the corresponding specific ligands molecular, combine ligands firmly on the solid phase carrier through covalent bond to make affinity absorption system, when the sample to be tested passes the solid phase carrier, hemoglobin (glycosylated and non glycohemoglobin) flows with the mobile phase (buffer A), combines firmly on the solid phase carrier, non glycohemoglobin flows out (buffer A), then join another mobile phase (buffer B), the part containing cis diol of glucose on the surface of stable glycohemoglobin molecules specifically coordinately combines with the boric acid group on the solid phase carrier, other non glycohemoglobin, unstable hemoglobin and hemoglobin F, etc. flow out with the mobile phase (buffer B). Uses their own color of two parts of hemoglobins to detect the light reflection from inside of the matched meter to test and calculate the percentage of glycohemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) in total hemoglobin through colorimetric method..
The product uses the Boric Acid Affinity Chromatography to quantitatively test the percentage of glycohemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) in total hemoglobin, boric acid can specifically combine with glycohemoglobin, so can quantify the glycohemoglobin.
Feature
1 Glycohemoglobin test kit is consisted of test strip, buffer A, buffer B and sampler.
One test/ bag, includes test strip and desiccant (packed in aluminum foil bag).25 tests/ bottle, packed the test strips in drying bottle.
2 The test strip is composed of absorbent pad, polyethylene fiber membrane, reflection item and PET base plate. Buffer A is made up of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium hydroxide and sodium azide, pH=6.5; Buffer B is made up of Glycine and sodium hydroxide, pH=9.5.
3The main part of the sampler is made up of resistance to impact polystyrene, line body is coiled by polyester 750D.aphy to quantitatively test the percentage of glycohemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) in total hemoglobin, boric acid can specifically combine with glycohemoglobin, so can quantify the glycohemoglobin.
