Technical features:

1. The cell has a salt bridge (Lujin capillary) with adjustable angle, which makes the reference electrode align with the corrosion sample by adjusting the angle, which can reduce the R drop more effectively

2. The electrolyzer should avoid chloride ion in corrosion laboratory, so the solution filled in salt bridge is saturated potassium nitrate solution.

3. The working electrode of the electrolytic cell is equipped with sample support electrode, which can be replaced according to your own requirements. The sample diameter is 14mm and the fixed area is 1cm

4. Configuration: electrolytic cell body, F-type air inlet, salt bridge, liquid seal, PTFE plug sample support, reference electrode, graphite rod electrode

5. The material of the cell is borosilicate glass

6. The cell is a relatively sealed cell system, which is commonly used in three electrode system. The common volume of the cell is 500ml and 1000m, and can be customized according to the requirements

7. The electrolyzer is equipped with F-type air inlet which can ventilate up and down the liquid surface. According to the different experiments, the atmosphere protection should be carried out. When the experiment starts, please stop the ventilation under the liquid level and only keep the ventilation on the liquid surface

8. Scope of application: it can be used to test and determine metal samples in corrosive environment, which can ensure the rapid and consistent test of a group of metal samples in liquid environment. It is suitable for most electrochemical instruments used for corrosion test, and can be used at room temperature and high temperature in corrosive environment (except HF).
