The S5000-UV-NIR Fiber Spectrometer is a miniaturized product suitable for wide spectrum measurement applications in industry and in scientific research. The S5000-UV-NIR is equipped with a CCD that extends the detection range of a single spectrometer to an ultra-wide band of 185nm-1100nm while meeting the ultraviolet to near-infrared measurements
